Our registration details — commercial registration, licence number, tax identification number — are reproduced from the official documents issued to us and are correct at the time of publication. Registrations and licences are renewed periodically; if you require current certified copies for a pre-qualification or tender submission, request them from us and we will provide them.

Nothing on this site should be relied upon as legal, tax or immigration advice. Requirements in Qatar change, and any figures or timelines given for company formation are indicative. Verify anything that matters to a decision with us or with the relevant authority before acting on it.

Where the English and Arabic versions of a page differ in meaning, the English version prevails.

The Safari Qatar Services name and logo, the names and logos of our group companies, and the text, design and images of this site are our property or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce the site's design or content commercially, or present our name, logo or registration details as your own, without our written consent.

We never ask a candidate to pay a fee at any stage of recruitment — not for an application, an interview, a visa, a medical, a trade test or a placement. We do not use agents who charge workers.

All our correspondence comes from an @sqs-qa.com address. If you receive a job offer that appears to come from us and asks for payment, or comes from a free email address, it is fraudulent. Do not pay it, and please report it to info@sqs-qa.com so we can act.

We accept no liability for losses arising from such approaches by third parties impersonating the company.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Where this site links to a third-party website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Qatari law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
