This website is operated by Safari Qatar Services Company, a limited liability company registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration 48259, with its registered office at Al Shoumoukh Tower, Tower B, 12th Floor, C Ring Road / Street 231, Zone 23, P.O. Box 5862, Doha, Qatar.

This notice is written to reflect Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning the Protection of Personal Data Privacy, the framework that governs the handling of personal data in Qatar.

We collect only what you choose to send us. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

• Information you submit in the enquiry form — Your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your telephone number, company name, subject and message. We use this solely to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to a commercial discussion, to manage that relationship.
• Information in an email or a call — If you contact us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant, in the same way any company retains its business records.
• Technical information from your visit — Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. These exist to keep the site running and secure, and are retained for a short period.
• Your language preference — If you choose English or Arabic, that choice is stored in your own browser using localStorage. It never reaches our servers and it is not a cookie. Clearing your browsing data removes it.

This website sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers.

The only data stored on your device is the language preference described above, and it is stored in localStorage rather than a cookie.

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you would rather it did not, we can host the fonts on our own server on request.

The contact page offers a Google Maps view of our office. It does not load automatically — the map appears only if you press "Show map", and only then does your browser contact Google. The address, our office hours and a plain link to Google Maps are all on the page as ordinary text, so you never have to load the map at all.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

We share it only where it is necessary: with our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf in order to deliver the message to us; and where we are required to by Qatari law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.

Where an enquiry relates to a service delivered by one of our group companies, we may pass it to that company so it can respond to you directly.

Under Qatar's personal data protection law you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it erased where we have no continuing reason to keep it, and to object to our processing of it.

To exercise any of these, write to info@sqs-qa.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains commercially relevant, and delete it when it does not.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page. The version you are reading applies from the date shown in the footer.
